Care Instructions –

If there is a need to wash a cotton saree only mild detergents and cold water must be used

Machine wash is a complete no for a handloom cotton garment.

As a principle dark coloured garments must be washed separately. This is important to not    only ensure that the natural dyes don’t discolour other garments but to also ensure that no micro fibers cling onto your lighter fabric and makes that dull.

The sarees should never be kept folded in one spot. Best is to wear them and let the fabric breathe. In case that is not possible, ensure that they are opened and the folds are changed at regular intervals.

Never store a sari with work, Zari or any other kinds, with chemical deodorizers, it  might discolor the Zari or harm the natural fibers of the garment.

Ethnic Handloom sarees are a thing to be cherished and cared for, they are not only something classy for your wardrobe, every single piece is a bit of the tradition, culture and art of our great nation.

·     To store the sarees, one must avoid hanging them since even the most protected spaces can attract dust which might cling onto the folds resulting in discoloration at that spot.

Our sarees are made with natural threads and dyes, there might be minor colour bleeding especially for dark colours.

Do not bleach any of our products
